The plain terms for using Looplight.

Who we are
Looplight is run by Ravia Solutions, a sole proprietorship. These terms are between you and Ravia Solutions.
What Looplight is
Looplight is a reminder and coordination tool. It helps you and the people you invite keep track of care: medicines, appointments, notes, and updates.
It is not medical advice, not a monitoring or emergency service, and it can fail. If something matters, confirm it yourself. In an emergency, call 911.
Who can use it
Looplight is for adults 18 and older. Access opens through a waitlist and invites.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone in your control - anyone with it can see your Looplight.
Invite only people who should see the care picture you share. What they can see is your choice, and you can remove them.
Connecting your records
You may connect your own health record, such as your Epic or MyChart account, and your own mailbox. You make those connections yourself, for your own data, and you can disconnect them at any time.
Do not connect someone else's account or put another person's private information into Looplight unless they asked you to.
Text messages
Looplight talks with you by text message. Your phone company's message and data rates apply.
You can end texts at any time by replying STOP.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising. There are no ads in Looplight.
Your data
Looplight keeps an access log so you can see when your information was read. You can delete your account and the data with it at any time - email us and we will remove it.
As-is, and limits
Looplight is provided as-is. It can be wrong, late, or down. To the extent the law allows, Ravia Solutions is not liable for missed reminders, mistakes, or losses from using or not being able to use Looplight.
Changes
We can change or end parts of the service, and we can update these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app. If you keep using Looplight after that, you accept the new terms.
